CARAWENA Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your CARAWENA purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached and in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Intimates, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable courier — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
International Orders
For international orders, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping costs and any import duties on returned goods are the customer's responsibility.
