Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We offer the following shipping options within South Africa:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International Shipping We ship internationally to selected countries. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
